I just finished making these 9 one of a kind cyanotype prints for a series called Nightlight.
This idea was conceived from struggling to find a way to do something about the horror and trauma being inflicted upon the children in Gaza.
A nightlight is a simple and ordinary device to provide safety and comfort. These works were made with that in mind along with flora that grows in Gaza - jasmine, poppies and roses - and I’m offering them in a special fundraiser. I have selected Save The Children, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, Unicef and World Central Kitchen as trustworthy, effective organizations as recipients of this fundraiser.
It works very simply. Message me with your choice of print. I will hold it for you for 6 hours. Make a donation, send me a copy of the receipt and your mailing address and I’ll send you the print.
The minimum donation is $30 but if you can please consider donating much more.
